Why can’t I take off my necklace?

Some necklaces are to be edited in the Beauty Parlor, some can only be removed in the Suite. Sometimes they have a rather small hit area where you can catch them, so be patient! If you still don´t manage to take it off, please contact us and tell us the name of the item which is stuck.
