Drinking Enough Water
We all know how healthy water is for our bodies, but sometimes we find it hard to drink enough to stay hydrated! If you're having trouble, here are some tips that I find really help me drink more water.
1. Make your water taste amazing!
If you think the taste of water is boring, try making it into hot tea or adding fruit! My favourite things to add to water are mint and lemon.
2. Carry a water bottle around with you!
If you have water with you all the time, you'll be more likely to drink it! Try to find a cute water bottle that matches your style- the ultimate healthy acessory!
3. Cool your water down!
Cold water is so much more refreshing than room temperature! If you pop your bottle of water in the fridge overnight, you can wake up to delicious chilled water. You could also try making fun flavoured ice cubes with berries or other fruit in the middle!
